Friend – Indicted Texas GOP AG Ken Paxton is asking the state Supreme Court to let his office continue their child abuse investigations into parents of transgender children.

As a reminder, over the past few weeks, Texas has begun implementing some of the most aggressive anti-transgender youth health care restrictions in the country. The restrictions that AG Paxton has repeatedly advocated for will prevent transgender children from receiving lifesaving mental health and gender-affirming care.

AG Paxton is arguing that these archaic and dangerous laws will “protect children.” But in reality, these laws do the opposite; they present dangerous obstacles for trans youth and prevent them from receiving critical care. That’s why we’re going all in to get AG Paxton out of office in November.
