Last week, a coalition of national advocacy groups – representing millions of people across race, class, gender, party, and geography – published draft articles of impeachment that address the full range of Trump's abuses of power. The current impeachment investigation has been limited to Trump's actions engaging in bribery and extortion of the Ukraine government to leverage foreign assistance for his re-election campaign. While incriminating in itself, this narrow scope ignores Trump's other high crimes, including his lawless and corrupt self-dealing, obstruction of justice, racist abuses of power, incitement of violence, and subversion of the Constitution.
