I have had the opportunity to question Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson under oath in the United States Senate. Unfortunately, Ketanji Brown Jackson did not provide a good explanation about why she repeatedly gave light sentences to numerous convicted child sex offenders.
Perhaps most shockingly, she was unable or unwilling to articulate the definition of a WOMAN during the hearing…
How can we have a person serve as a Supreme Court Justice who is afraid to give the proper meaning of the term WOMAN for fear of displeasing the radical left? Would a person too timid (or ideological) to speak simple truths be able to dispassionately interpret our Constitution and laws?
Can a person in thrall to leftwing platitudes and falsehoods rule fairly?
There can be no justice without TRUTH. Can we have a Supreme Court Justice who is afraid to speak basic truths about human nature? >>
I hope every Republican - and every Democrat - looks hard at Ketanji Brown Jackson’s judicial record, her statements under oath, and asks themselves if she would be someone who would defend the Constitution and protect our Constitutional rights.
All of our basic rights, including Free Speech, Religious Liberty, and our Second Amendment hang in the balance!
With all of this in mind, I must vote “NO” on this nominee.

In one week flat, the Commander-in-Chief has had to walk back four different misstatements or contradictions relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict...
First, he seemingly called for regime change in Russia, which the Administration rushed to correct and clarify.
Second, he suggested we could hit Russia with the possible use of chemical weapons, which later had to be flatly retracted.
Third, he insinuated the United States Army's 82nd Airborne Division was headed to Ukraine, forcing a correction that, in fact, the Administration has a "no boots on the ground" policy.
Fourth, he reversed course on his earlier avowals that sanctions on the Russian regime were meant to deter aggression by stating that they never work
Inexplicably, the Biden Administration continues to feverishly work to reconstitute the Iran Nuclear Deal that President Trump had wisely terminated.
As if it isn't bad enough that they're pursuing such a mind-numbingly insane policy, they're using the Russians to negotiate the deal for them. That's right, the Russians, the Putin regime.
Every American with a modicum of common sense knows this kind of erratic behavior is harmful to our national security.
And it is abundantly clear that our other adversaries are watching Joe Biden's every stumble . . .
China is threatening Taiwan.
North Korea is up to their old tricks, saber-rattling and testing long-range missiles.
And terrorism is on the rise again . . .
While I've painted a less than optimistic picture of our present reality, there is hope on the horizon. I am very much looking forward to the upcoming Midterm elections. Polling shows Republicans have a decided advantage, demonstrating that the American people are now paying attention.
This means that you and I have an opportunity to play an important role in taking back both the House and the Senate this year. In doing so, we will be able to mitigate much of the damage.
I'm counting on patriots like yourself.
Together, we can take our country back from the radical Marxists who dominate the Democrat Party and control both the Legislative and Executive Branches of our government.
