Thank you to everyone who stepped up to support this campaign last month, whether it was carrying petitions, chipping in toward our fundraising goal, or just spreading the word about my vision for our community.
I know what it means to give what you can to a campaign, and to invest your hard-earned dollars or valuable time to bring people together for a better future. And as the only candidate who has pledged they won't take money from corporate PACs, every dollar we raise is a measure of the grassroots support we have.
We've got a long way to go, and a lot to do before the primary in June. It's incredibly inspiring to know that so many of our community members are willing to be a part of what we're building.
Looking ahead, I'm fueled by a profound sense of gratitude and a determination to do right by this community I love.
