Hi John,

A few days ago, I emailed you about two volunteer rescuers who are facing 25 years in jail for helping refugees in Greece. Sarah and Seán were working with a search-and-rescue organisation in Lesvos in 2018 when they were arrested and charged with spying, people smuggling and belonging to a criminal organisation.

Helping people in need is not a crime. Will you stand with Sarah and Seán and demand these bogus charges be dropped immediately?

Greece has got this all wrong - instead of jailing people for saving lives, they should be doing more to protect the rights of refugees.
