This is a longer email about just some of the funding Jared Golden secured for ME-02 in Congress this year. We hope you’ll read the entire note below, but if you’re pressed for time and able to help send Jared back to Washington where he can continue advocating for our district, please chip in a few dollars here. Thank you!

Hi John, I know we’ve sent a bunch of emails asking for your support ahead of our end-of-quarter deadline last week. So today, I wanted to take a step back and tell you a little bit about why I’m proud to be working to re-elect Jared.
Too often, politicians in Washington spend time fighting over petty differences instead of coming together to help working people – but not Jared. Jared has stuck by the promise he made when he first flipped this district in 2018 to always be focused on the families of Maine’s Second District.
Last month, Jared helped secure over $24 million for Maine’s heritage industries and municipalities, including:
Over $17 million in federal funding to help Maine’s lobster industry cover the costs incurred by lobstermen as a result of misguided rules.
$1.7 million in federal funding for the Livermore Falls and Jay wastewater treatment facility.
$1 million in federal funding for the Maine Community College System to build a mobile welding lab.
$1 million in federal funding to expand the Mechanized Logging Operations Training Program at Northern Maine Community College.
$1 million in federal funding for a biodigester at the Forest Products Hub in Madison.
$1 million in federal funding for the construction of a new Rumford Fire Station.
$1 million in federal funding for the renovation of the roof of the Bates Mill #5 building in downtown Lewiston.
Over $400,000 in federal funding to support the renovation of Johnson Hall in Gardiner.
$300,000 in federal funding for the East Millinocket Fire Department to buy four-wheel drive ambulances.
Wins like this show why we need to keep Jared as a tireless advocate for Mainers in Congress, and I am so glad you’re with us in this fight.
Thanks for your support,
Margaret Reynolds
Campaign Manager
Jared Golden for Congress
P.S. We’re working hard to keep Jared in Congress where he can continue securing wins for our district, but we can’t do it alone. If you’re able, would you consider chipping in a few dollars to Jared’s re-election campaign today?
