When the Biden Administration lifts Title 42 it will result in a surge of illegal border crossings. James has been demanding a plan from the Administration for months and announced this week that he would immediately push for the Senate to vote against Biden's removal of Title 42.

Five months after Attorney General Merrick Garland issued a memo that addressed the National School Boards Association’s concerns over outspoken parents, James is calling upon the Department of Justice to stop calling parents “domestic terrorists” for speaking for their kids.
