I have spent my entire life working to elect Democrats and one thing I learned is that elections are not won on election day. Elections are won and lost by what happens months before the vote is held. It is won by registering voters, signing them up to Vote by Mail, by knocking on doors and spreading our message.

 

This is work that needs to be done NOW. If you support the GOP’s “War on Working People”, taking away a women’s right to decide her own health care choices, making it illegal to say the word “gay” in certain locations and making it harder for people to vote, please delete this email. But if you think that working folks built this country and should be treated with respect, that male dominated legislative bodies shouldn’t limit women’s health care choices, if you believe in free speech and believe that the right to vote is the most precious right we have - then we need your help. Democrats across the state count on Broward to deliver margins big enough to win elections and we can. But we need help to do that. There are two things you can do TODAY to help us win next November:

1) JOIN THE BROWARD DEMOCRATS HEART AND SOUL CLUB - This is our grassroots donor program where we are asking the top 1% of Democrats in the county to make a one-time contribution of $22. This helps us fund the day-to-day operations of the party – the staff, the materials, the forms, supplies for volunteers. Please help us by making a $22 contribution now. 2) VOLUNTEER TO HELP- We need people to make phone calls, knock doors, send texts, work at events.
