We're going to court.

Now more than ever, refugees are under attack. The latest aggression comes from the Trump administration's executive order to block the resettlement of these vulnerable individuals and families in your community. It would give states and localities the right to veto placement of refugees in their jurisdiction -- inviting elected officials to use refugees as political pinballs.

That's why we are leading faith-based organizations in litigation against the implementation of this policy that would leave families separated and prevent people like you and me from welcoming new Americans in our communities, as we feel called upon by our patriotism and faith to do.

SUPPORT REFUGEES

Refugees are ___________.

Friends. Neighbors. Entrepreneurs. Our fellow congregants. And we need your help to defend their rights in court. They have been through so much -- it's unconscionable to think that future refugees might not be afforded simple, yet vital help to ensure they integrate and thrive in America. Services like cultural orientation, English classes, basic household necessities and more...

HELP REFUGEES

From the airport to self-sufficiency.

We are there for these families and individuals from the moment they arrive at the airport after so many years waiting for safety and hope. As Americans and people of faith, we are called upon to welcome them and call out injustice wherever we see it. Will you join LIRS in this fight for compassion, empathy and kindness in the face of so much division?
