Folks,

It’s hard to think about anything but tonight’s Final Four game between Carolina and Duke. We’re having some friends over and letting Calvin stay up to watch the game and I join the legions of Tar Heels fans who are basically holding our breath all day.

But I did want to take a moment to say thank you. Setting big goals is always a risk. But since this was our last FEC deadline before the primary election, we knew we had to go for it.

I am so thankful and excited to report that we surpassed our $50,000 end-of-quarter goal. Reaching this goal required our all (and then some), but because of grassroots supporters like you, we knew it was possible.

Thanks to your support, we were out knocking doors in Polk County yesterday, having conversations at the doors that are a powerful reminder of everything that’s at stake in this race.

Our primary election is next month , and we have to continue connecting with voters in every corner of NC-11 before they head to the ballot box.

We’ve made it through this race together so far, and with you by our side, winning is just over the horizon.
