Don’t miss out on the opportunity to hear from Black women leaders across our state who will share different perspectives about the likely confirmation of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to our nation’s highest court. Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is the first African American woman nominated to the supreme court and if appointed, the first Black woman to sit on the Supreme Court, as well as one of the most qualified justices in history. She is known in the legal community as a highly experienced judge with a diverse background of legal and public service, and has time and time again demonstrated a commitment to fairness and impartiality in the justice system.
