** Support Solidarity for All!
------------------------------------------------------------

============================================================

Dear FAIR Family,

When corporate media salivate at the thought of war, and Western outlets only provide 24/7 news updates on certain crises, FAIR seeks to be a voice for peace and solidarity for all. We’ve been working to add context and nuance to the barrage of information flooding the internet and airwaves amid the current invasion of Ukraine, as well as other conflicts and crises around the world that aren’t afforded the same coverage or concern.

To keep up this work, and all the work that FAIR has sustained for more than 35 years, we need your support.

** Help us reach our goal of raising $20,000 by May 1. ([link removed])

We keep our fundraising pitches to no more than four drives per year, and our annual spring appeal is crucial in solidifying our finances. Your donations ensure our ability to benefit from the expertise of a diverse array of writers and interns, cover administrative costs to help our office run smoothly, and keep FAIR.org and Extra! full of accessible content.

Here are some recent stories that your support has made possible:
* How Much Less Newsworthy Are Civilians in Other Conflicts? by Julie Hollar
* New York Times’ Fear of Ordinary People Talking Back by Ari Paul
* ACTION ALERT: NBC Off by 18 Years on US’s Last Use of Cluster Bombs by Olivia Riggio

It’s easy to feel like we live in scary times. At FAIR, we strive to shed light on facts that dispel confusion, fear and violence.

We believe reliable, critical information should be free from ads and paywalls. Our generous donors help make our resources freely available for everyone: from students to journalists to activists to people just interested in looking behind the headlines.

** Whether it’s $5, $50, $500 or $5,000, we put every cent to use! ([link removed])

Our donors are the engine that powers us forward.

** Become one today! ([link removed])

Thank you.
