I know it’s April Fools’ Day, but I’m serious right now—seriously thankful for this team!

Because of folks like you chipping in, we met our ambitious FEC End-of-Quarter goal. I mean it when I say that we couldn’t have done it without you.

But we can’t hit the brakes quite yet. With our first major fundraising deadline behind us, we’ve reached a turning point in this race. We might be up against a bunch of GOP clowns, but the dark money boosting their campaigns is no joke.

The GOP is spending more than $80 MILLION to stop our momentum, and once they see our strong numbers for the quarter, they’ll do absolutely everything in their power to tear us down.

We can’t let them. The GOP’s fundraising machine makes this an uneven playing field. So our grassroots team has to start earlier and work harder than our opponents—will you pitch in $25 or more to help us jumpstart our fundraising for the new quarter?

My Republican opponents and their billionaire backers don’t scare me. What scares me is coming up a few points short on Election Day knowing that I didn’t give 110% every day.

So when we hit one goal, we don’t slow down. We keep moving forward together until we reach the next one. And the next one. Until we flip this seat blue and bring about real change for hardworking Ohioans.
