Recently, I emailed you and told you we have to shake things up to flip Iowa from red to blue.

And it is critical that we do that as fast as possible. Iowa Senate Republicans are some of, if not the most, extreme legislators in the country.

Just this past session, Republicans advanced a constitutional amendment to ban abortion without any exceptions. They passed new laws that strip away local control from school boards and parents, prohibit local governments and health officials from protecting communities against COVID, and place some of the most severe restrictions on your right to vote.

We plan to target strategic seats to fight back against Republican control of the Iowa legislature — but we need the resources to do this effectively. That means early investments from grassroots donors like you to help us fund on-the-ground organizing and get our message out all across the state.
