I know we’ve been sending a lot of emails over the last few days, but I wanted to jump on to let you know that our campaign accomplished what many told us was impossible: we reached our bold end-of-quarter goal before last night’s deadline.

I’ll be honest, asking for donations is not my favorite part of running for governor, but when we crush our fundraising goals, it’s a huge victory not just for our campaign, but for the whole state — because we are one step closer to creating a more equitable Maryland. 

I also wanted to share the news that this week, a major organization here in Maryland — the Lower Shore Progressive Caucus — proudly endorsed my campaign.

I’m truly humbled to receive this major endorsement and that your support helped us surpass our first end-of-quarter fundraising goal of 2022, but our campaign still has a long road ahead. I look forward to continuing the fight to improve our schools, ensure healthcare for all, and lift up every Marylander – and I am confident that we will get all of that done, together.
