Dear John,

Watching Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s brilliant testimony last week, we are confident that Judge Jackson will soon be confirmed to join the U.S. Supreme Court, despite the racist and insulting questions she faced from some Senators.

The current Court is on the brink of severely gutting or overturning Roe v. Wade this summer, and while Judge Jackson would not restore balance to the Court, we believe her voice will be a powerful one on it.

PRH’s network of physicians is speaking out every day – in the courts, in the media, and to lawmakers – against the abortion restrictions flooding state legislatures. They’re also supporting measures that expand abortion access by testifying in states like Colorado and Maryland. Colorado’s bill was signed into law last week, and Maryland’s is on the governor’s desk. No matter what the Court decides, we will continue this critical work and center the communities most impacted by barriers to care.

I want to share a few more highlights, including a Jezebel article [[link removed]] with Dr. Stephanie Mischell on the history and current escalation of violence against abortion providers and patients in the U.S.

This work is getting more difficult as each day passes. By donating now, you can fight back and keep building our defenses against the severe attacks on abortion.

Thank you for your ongoing support.
