What Are Intellectual Property Exports?

As a result of our role as the City of New Orleans' primary fiscal agent, Forward Together New Orleans is developing a portfolio of intellectual property (IP) assets that City stakeholders can utilize for everything from financing projects via alternative capital resources to improving procurement efficiencies within essential public service departments.

Our City is transforming the knowledge and expertise gained from facing decades of unique challenges (i.e. Hurricane & emergency response; annual navigation of a cyclical cultural economy, distinctive water systems management, etc) into codified processes, procedures, and programs that we will “export” throughout the region and country.
