Hi John, it’s Barbara.

The important end-of-quarter deadline my team has been emailing you about is just hours away. Meaning that after midnight, my finance team will start preparing a report to the FEC on our finances that will be made publicly available.

What does this mean for our campaign? It means that everyone from political pundits to Republican donors and super PACs will be able to gauge the strength of our campaign.

We’ve got our work cut out for us this year if we want to keep control of the House, defend our progress, and advance more of our shared values. That’s why starting off the election cycle with a public fundraising report that leaves no room for interpretation is so important.
