We're now three months into 2022, and we've already seen an alarming number of abortion bans introduced throughout the United States.

And while we await a decision from the U.S. Supreme Court in our case, Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, which could have devastating impacts for abortion access in the United States, we aren't staying idle.

The Center has been preparing for any and all outcomes in this case, all while continuing to advocate at the state and federal level for statutory protections and litigating one of our heaviest dockets in the organization's history.
