UTLA, the nation’s second-largest teachers’ union local, is the collective voice of more than 34,000 teachers and health and human services professionals in LAUSD. UTLA educators believe in organizing with students, parents, and the community for structural change focused on equity and social and racial justice, values LAANE also strives for. Working together in the Reclaim our Schools LA coalition, UTLA and LAANE have helped bring community demands to the table to ensure public schools remain the heart of our communities. Acceptable forms include: photo of vaccine card or photo of a QR code. If proof of vaccination is not submitted prior to the Luncheon, then it must be presented upon Luncheon registration.
