President Trump often tweets that he’s “winning big,” but California actually is. Days before the President’s healthcare refusal rule was slated to go into effect, we just blocked him in court — again.
This court win prevents the implementation of the Trump policy that would have allowed doctors and any medical provider to deny healthcare to women and LGBTQ people because of “moral objections.”
This victory is just our latest — but it won’t be our last. We’ve sued President Trump 64 times and in nearly all of these fights, we’ve either won or the case is still ongoing.
In these fights and others, our communities, health, and environment are on the line. Team, will you stand with us in taking on the President?
