| | | | Dear John, Women’s History Month is a celebration of modern history that women are writing every day and time to reflect on the past. This month we saw the historic nomination of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson for the Supreme Court, who should be the first Black woman Supreme Court Justice. We also recognized the loss of the first woman Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright. As time passes, and trends ebb and flow - what doesn’t change is that brilliant women and girls all over the country are doing amazing work and breaking barriers like Judge Jackson and Madeleine Albright to make a difference in our society. They are history in the making. Let their leadership of today provide hope and serve as constant inspiration for the impact you want to make and for the progress we must make together to achieve the future we deserve. In solidarity, Ruth McFarlane Chief Advancement Officer |
