Thanks to many of you, we have a chance to make our end of quarter fundraising goal at midnight tonight. Your grassroots support drives our campaign, and it is gratifying to see incoming notifications from friends and supporters. As of this morning, your contributions helped us get within $957 of our quarterly goal.
At the same time this morning, I've been working on environmental issues and will be working on education as well as budget work and housing this afternoon. I'm honored to serve, but leading our community must be about us and not just me. To continue serving and leading our community, I am asking you to help with what you can afford today, over the next 11 hours.
I am so grateful for all you have done four years ago to allow me the chance to serve and all you have done since then. Tonight’s midnight deadline will shape our plans to build outreach, contact voters, and get supporters to the polls on Election Day. If you can help us reach our goal of $30K cash on hand by the end of the quarter, we can focus efforts to contact voters where they are and maximize Democratic turnout.
