Our very last fundraising deadline before our primary election ends at 12 PM tonight. As the clock ticks down to midnight, we have our chance to prove to everyone that the Alexandra Hunt campaign is the campaign for change. Now that we're coming down to the wire, the stakes couldn't be higher.

But before we ask you to contribute what you can to help us stay on track, I wanted to let you know what hitting this last goal before the election means:

More impact — Alexandra is up against an entrenched incumbent who believes he doesn't need to justify his time in office to anyone. To be blunt, our opponent Dwight Evans has spent the past four decades in office doing very little, and our district has only gotten worse. That's simply unacceptable. And the families living here deserve so much more.  

In the most progressive district in America, the people of PA-03 deserve to know why Dwight Evans thinks the PA GOP should have more of a say on Philly schools than parents. Or why Dwight Evans has accepted campaign contributions from extreme right-wing billionaire Jeff Yass. Alexandra Hunt won’t stop speaking truth to power until this district has transformed so everyone can thrive.

More momentum — March was a pretty incredible month for our campaign: Alexandra qualified for the ballot with three times as many signatures as required; she proved she can fight back even when attacks get personal; and she’s garnered the support of hundreds (actually, thousands!!) of people just like you – from all across the country – who believe in her, and in the change she’s bringing to Philadelphia. We have to keep this up!

More organizing — If we can raise an additional $10,000 by the end of the month, we can afford to open another field office in April. And that counts in a race like ours. This election is going to come down to doing the work. Can we knock on enough doors? Can our volunteers talk to enough voters? Can we keep getting our message out?
