Dear John,

The current Ontario government was rightly critical of the previous government’s spending levels.

But since taking office, the current government has increased spending further!

Inflation-adjusted per-person program spending in Ontario has grown a whopping 54.7% over the last 20 years.

Despite this, a new Fraser Institute study out today finds that the Ontario government could balance the province’s budget this fiscal year if it simply reduced program spending to levels maintained by the previous government in 2015/16.

Dig into the numbers here [[link removed]], and be sure to spread the word!

Sincerely,

Niels Veldhuis
