I'm reaching out one more time to respectfully ask you to contribute $3 before tonight's FEC fundraising deadline.

Here's why:

Wisconsin's Senate seat is one of the most likely to flip in 2022. And I'm relying on an unprecedented grassroots movement in order to defeat Ron Johnson.

I simply cannot do this alone.

As you know, I made the big decision to reject all corporate PAC money at the beginning of this campaign. It was a risk I was willing to take because I trusted that people like you would step up in large numbers to help win back Wisconsin's Senate seat for Democrats.

This race is too important for us to come up short. So I am asking you directly:

Over the last several months, I've been traveling all across the state of Wisconsin. I've heard directly from people who are understandably frustrated with candidates like Ron Johnson who got elected only to serve themselves.

Since he's been in office, Ron Johnson has doubled his wealth as a result of the tax breaks that the Republican Party passed under Trump. And he even went so far as to complain that his wealth has only doubled – not quadrupled – during his time in Washington.

But that's not all. Ron Johnson has repeatedly denied the reality of the climate crisis, spread misinformation about the COVID pandemic, and embraced conspiracy theorists who want to overturn the election.

Enough is enough.

I am running for U.S. Senate to fight for middle class and working class families, and to deliver opportunity for those that need it most. I am prepared to be on the frontlines of taking on corporate greed, defending voting rights, and protecting health care for all.

But in order for that to happen, my campaign needs to stay on top of meeting our fundraising goals.

Because the truth is that we won't have the resources we need to win this race if we don't reach our fundraising goals before tonight's deadline.

As of this morning, we're just a bit short of where we need to be before midnight tonight.
