You’ve heard from my Campaign Manager Luke and the rest of the team about how important our upcoming FEC deadline is, but now I want you to hear directly from me.

Not only are we posting our first FEC report of the election year, but this will be the last chance for us to prove the strength of our movement before the primary election.

Madison Cawthorn has failed us as our Congressman. Leaders don’t leave – when the going gets tough, leaders show up and commit. Not Madison Cawthorn.

Instead, he abandoned his constituents and spent months campaigning in another district only to return to NC-11 when it benefited him politically.

This dereliction of duty is nothing new for Cawthorn. In the past year that he’s been in Congress, none of the 30 bills he sponsored earned so much as a hearing because they have been political stunts. And he’s voted against legislation that is bringing real results to working families in our district – like broadband, the child tax credit, and support for our schools.

It’s time to elect someone who actually cares about our families and our future. Our campaign is the best opportunity we have to defeat Cawthorn once and for all.

I know there’s a path forward for all of us together, but I need your help. We need to reach our end-of-quarter goal so we can bring our vision of love, hope, and empathy to every corner of the district.
