***VICTORY IN CALIFORNIA***

A California federal judge just became the third judge in the U.S. to
strike down the Trump Administration's Denial of Care rule in its
entirety in our case with partners at Lambda Legal, Santa Clara
County, Americans United for Separation of Church and State, and Mayer
Brown.

These are the types of critical victories you help make possible.
That's why we want to be sure you know that when you make a generous
gift to support our work by December 31, a group of dedicated Center
supporters will MATCH every gift $3 to $1, up to $200,000, to help us
continue to fight discriminatory policies like this one.

Please make a gift of $25 or more today, and it will go FOUR TIMES
as far to support our work.

The vacated rule would empower an immensely broad array of healthcare
workers, including receptionists and ambulance drivers, to turn away
and refuse to serve patients based on their individual moral or
religious grounds. Patients seeking services like contraception,
abortion, or gender affirming care would be most impacted by the rule.
The California Judge vacated the Rule, preventing it from going into
effect anywhere across the nation, because it would subvert the
uninterrupted provision of healthcare to Americans.

Discrimination in any context is egregious, but allowing someone's
religious or moral views to effectively veto a patient's medical
choice could have deadly consequences.

With you by our side, we will continue to defend reproductive
rights whenever and wherever we are needed.

Thank you for all that you do,

P.S.

Don't forget-your generous gift today will go 4X as far to
support the critical work we're doing to protect our health and
rights. Please give today!
