Hi folks,
Tomorrow is our first end-of-quarter deadline of 2022. After we close the books, our team will get started compiling a report on our finances to send to the Federal Election Commission. Shortly after, our fundraising numbers will be public for everyone from political pundits to Mitch McConnell to see.
That makes me a little nervous, because our fundraising has slowed down over the last few weeks. Now, that’s not too surprising considering I’ve been spending all my time fighting to pass critical legislation in the Senate — like my bills to lower the price of insulin and hold large oil companies accountable for price gouging the American people.
The truth is, I just haven’t had time to focus on fundraising. But it’s important that we get back on track because while our fundraising is slowing down, Republicans are breaking records left and right.
Last year, Senate Republicans raised more than $100 million to flip the Senate and hand the gavel back over to McConnell. With a critical Senate seat up for grabs here in Wisconsin, McConnell will be watching our numbers closely, and if we look weak, the right-wing attacks could start rolling in. So, I’m turning to this incredible grassroots team:
Will you pitch in $10 or more to help us close the gap and hit our first end-of-quarter goal of the year? Anything you can give will help us build the resources to flip Wisconsin’s Senate seat in 2022 and protect our majority.

With so many critical fights on the line — from expanding affordable health care to protecting reproductive rights — we can’t afford to slow down now.
Thanks for everything,
Tammy
