We need Congress and the White House to take climate change seriously -- we need them to stand up, be leaders, and take action to ensure a livable future for our kids and grandkids, not hide their heads in the sand and take money from corporations that are causing the problems. The Green New Deal is one concrete action that they can take, securing clean energy jobs, building community resilience, and reducing our harmful emissions.
