Kim and I both proudly serve Washington State in Congress, and we've accomplished a lot together for the people of our state. She's the only female doctor in the House, and she's been a fearless advocate for affordable health care and reproductive freedom.
But right now, Kim's district is at the top of national Republicans' list to flip this November. Not one, not two, but three election experts have already rated her race a "toss-up."
