We’re behind our slate of JD challengers 100%

Justice Democrats

John,

Last week Nancy Pelosi made it clear. No matter the circumstances, she’s backing all of her House incumbents 100%.

Tweet from Madlin Mekelburg that reads Asked about #TX28 runoff, Seaker Pelosi says she is continuing to support incumbent Rep. Henry Cuellar.“I support my incumbents. I support every one of them.”Asked about FBI raid of his home, she says: “I haven’t seen anything, have you? Do you know what it’s about?

Jessica Cisneros is challenging Henry Cuellar, who is against abortion rights, immigrant justice, union organizing, and tanked the President’s Build Back Better plan. Other Justice Democrats are challenging corporate incumbents who have prioritized the interests of their corporate donors over fighting for their constituents. Pelosi has fundraised for at least one of the other incumbents we’re challenging — Rep. Danny Davis in Illinois.

We’re behind our slate of JD challengers 100% but they’re facing an uphill battle against Pelosi and the Democratic establishment. Can you chip in $3 to ensure we can secure these critical primary victories in 2022?

Justice Democrats like Jessica Cisneros, Kina Collins, and Rana Abdelhamid are running to be representatives of the people. The incumbents they are challenging cater to the interests of health insurance companies, the real estate industry, and big corporations. Jessica, Kina, and Rana will fight for the people.

Nancy Pelosi made it clear that the Democratic establishment backs corporate incumbents, and that she will fight to keep them all in Congress. But in a country plagued by a broken health care system, a worsening climate crisis, and failing infrastructure, status quo members of Congress aren’t good enough anymore.

Ayanna Pressley, AOC, Jamaal Bowman, and Cori Bush have all made an enormous impact in Congress after defeating incumbents. Please chip in if you can so we can expand the Squad and elect more members of Congress like them.
