It’s Dana Balter. I wanted to personally reach out to you before Josh’s final end-of-quarter fundraising deadline before Election Day.

Here are a few facts about this election:

1. Yes, running for Congress in Upstate New York as a Democrat isn’t easy;
2. Yes, 2022 is going to be an extremely difficult cycle for Democrats across the country;
3. And yes, I wasn’t planning on endorsing anyone in New York’s new 22nd District;
4. BUT, Josh is an exceptional candidate for an exceptional moment.

John, we can win New York’s 22nd District this fall and flip it from red to blue, but we need the right candidate to do it.

Josh has the right mix of values and experience to deliver a progressive agenda for Upstate New York, and I know he’ll win this race, if we all stand together behind him.

Thursday night is his final end-of-quarter deadline before the election, so it’s a critical time to step up and help his campaign. Can you chip in $5 or whatever you can spare to help his team hit their $15,000 end-of-March goal?

Winning takes a lot of resources, and Josh is relying on grassroots supporters like I did in my successful primary campaigns.

That makes public deadlines, like this one, all the more important. We need to show what a powerful, grassroots movement can accomplish here.

So, John, I am personally asking if you’ll chip in $5, $10, or whatever you can ahead of the end-of-quarter deadline. A grassroots contribution from you will demonstrate the powerful movement behind Josh.
