Last week, temperatures in both the North Pole and South Pole soared to at least 50 degrees higher than usual.

You don't have to be a scientist to be alarmed. This is another stark impact of the climate crisis and the latest reminder of how little time our movement has to pull our climate system back from the brink.

So you better believe that I'm going to keep pushing with everything I've got for bold, substantial progress to end the climate crisis. I'll hope you'll work right alongside me to get it done. Now, we are facing our first official end-of-month fundraising deadline since our state-mandated fundraising freeze ended. I need your help right now to gear up and tackle this next, urgent stage in our climate fight.

This past legislative session in Washington state was a historic one, where we made a once-in-a-generation investment in transportation and ending the climate crisis, among other progress.

But even as we electrify our ferries and advance our clean fuel standard, we know there's more to do. We have to take the bold strides we're taking against the climate crisis here in Washington state and bring them to the rest of the nation and world.

To avoid an all-out climate disaster, we must make rapid progress and grow our climate movement. To get this done, I'm counting on the support of folks like you.
