Hi everyone -
As the State Assembly rapidly approaches, it's very important that we have a strong volunteer team willing to help out with this great event. We will need volunteers on both April 8th and April 9th in Colorado Springs.
We will specifically need help with credentialing & check-in, ushering delegates & guests, event set-up, lit bag stuffing, and organizing.
Below I have included the Google Form which lets volunteers pick the time slots they are available for. Please feel free to share this message with anyone or any group who might be willing to help.

4/8 - DOUBLE TREE volunteers
Shift 1: 7:30AM - 11:00AM
Shift 2: 11:00AM - 3:00PM
4/8- WORLD ARENA volunteers
1PM - 5PM
**volunteers will be working an assembly line to help stuff delegate / alternate bags, and a handful of volunteers will be helping to set up the delegation seating signs**
4/9 - WORLD ARENA volunteers
Shift 1: 6:30AM - 10:30AM
Shift 2: 10:30AM - 2:30PM
Shift3: 2:30PM - 5PM
