In January on ABC’s This Week with George Stephanopoulos, there was a
question about whether or not Trump could be held legally responsible for
what happened on January 6th.

Our CEO, Yvette Simpson emphatically stated that he could and that it
would be called conspiracy.

While Chris Christie and others dismissed this idea, even saying it’s not
a crime, Yvette pushed back stating why it is a crime.

Yvette, in this clip as always, is the ONLY consistent voice on ABC
standing up for progressive values, for DFA's values. She represents our
progressive voice against establishment figures like Chris Christie while
pushing forward for accountability.

Now, proving Yvette right, yesterday, a federal judge ruled that Trump and
his lawyer most likely committed felonies, conspiring to defraud the
United States.

This ruling backs up Yvette's clip from months ago that Trump’s attempts
to block Congress from certifying President Biden's victory is a criminal
conspiracy.
