This is disturbing to the core – absolute evil.

In a horrific development, a SECOND state legislature is considering a depraved bill that could legalize infanticide up to 28 days AFTER birth – this time, California. We're taking urgent action for life TODAY.

By intentionally using the word "perinatal," which has a drastically different medical meaning than prenatal (before birth), these disgusting bills would prevent even an investigation where a living child was allowed to die between one and four weeks AFTER birth. That's infanticide.

We saw New York enact its live-birth abortion law and the former governor of Virginia discuss how in a late-term abortion, the "infant would be kept comfortable" on a table while the decision is made whether to kill the child.
