I’m the deputy campaign manager for Team Booker and I wanted to personally
give you an update on the campaign.

funded campaign like ours as we prepare for every attack Rand Paul has
planned to stop our movement.
We’re reaching a pivotal moment for our team (let me explain):
* We are officially less than 50 days away from our primary election.
From here on out, it’s especially important we grow our fundraising
and make sure we have the money we need to reach out to voters all
across Kentucky and prepare for all the dark money Rand Paul’s friends
are preparing to dump in this race.
* As of today, we are just two days away from our first FEC filing
deadline this election year. This is a critical moment for us to show
off the strength of our grassroots movement to turn Kentucky blue — we
can’t afford to slow down our fundraising one bit.
* On top of everything, it was already recently reported that an
infamous conservative billionaire is funding a Super PAC that was
created for the sole purpose of attacking our campaign and protecting
Rand Paul’s seat. We expect a flood of attack ads to start appearing
in Kentucky soon after this quarter ends and we need to be ready to
spread our people-first message.

make sure we have the grassroots power to defeat Rand Paul this year.

We have
a rare opportunity this year to make our politicians work for us.
For too long, Rand Paul has consistently ignored Kentuckians — he doesn’t
care that hospitals are at max capacity from the rise in COVID cases, how
long someone has been out of a job, or whether families can afford rent
next week. He’s a politician who will say or do anything to get in the
news, put the spotlight on himself and his conspiracy theories, and sell
us out to big industries.
But now, we have a historic chance to turn the tides of our future.
Thousands of Kentuckians from the hood to the holler are rising up with us
to elect Charles Booker and send a working class champion to the U.S.
Senate. Our campaign is gaining momentum, but we need your support to make
sure we post big numbers for our first FEC filing deadline and start this
year off right.
