Just want to make sure you saw this note from my new team members, Jenny and Cameron.
They are real experts in their field, and they tell me that we’ve got to hit this end of quarter fundraising goal so we can build a foundation for the battles ahead and keep fighting the progressive fight. Can I count on you to give $17 today? [[link removed]]
More below!
Warmly,
Brad

Hi, John!
We are Jenny and Cameron, the newest additions to Team Lander, and we're so happy to be here!
We’re coming in to get the ball rolling for Brad’s re-election campaign, and even though it may seem early, our years of experience have taught us that building early financial infrastructure makes a massive difference. This will be especially important for Brad, who is committed to standing up for our progressive values — even when it means standing up to special interests with deep pockets.
As Comptroller and a progressive, Brad is already making a name for himself, which means we have to be even more prepared for the spotlight and challenges ahead.
That is why we’re not wasting any time. Based on our calculations, we need to raise another $15,000 this month to have a solid start to our new campaign bank account. This end of quarter budget deadline is critical, because this is our first end of quarter fundraising deadline since opening our new campaign account. We need to hit our goal at the grassroots level to show we have the strength to push for bold, progressive policy in office.
Can we count on you to give $17 before our very first end of quarter budget deadline on Thursday at midnight? [[link removed]]

One reason Brad is such an effective leader is because he is an organizer at heart and organizing works. New Yorkers know better than anybody that every major policy win started with organizing. From Deliveristas winning better pay, to contractors fighting wage theft with Freelance Isn’t Free, to workers at Starbucks shops voting on a union this week — organizing in New York City has resulted in some of the most innovative and necessary policy-making in the country.
We have been around the campaign block many times, and Brad is someone we are proud to fight for. Help us hit our first end of quarter fundraising goal to make sure we have the infrastructure for progressive fights to come! [[link removed]]
