I have been shocked by the actions of Republicans in recent weeks.

It began with their assertion that the events of January 6th were "legitimate political discourse.”

That infuriated me, as I’m sure it did many of you.

But then, GOP Rep. Madison Cawthorn called President Zelensky of Ukraine a “thug” and said the Ukrainian government was “incredibly evil” at a speech he gave to supporters.

And just this week, GOP Senators have been making a mockery of the Supreme Court nomination process by asking questions about critical race theory and religious litmus tests.

I say this often, but can’t say it enough: The GOP is dangerous and their increasingly pro-Putin ideology is an affront to the global support currently being displayed for Ukraine and its people.

We absolutely cannot allow politicians like this to be in control of Congress. Which is why today I’m personally reaching out to ask for your support before our critical March FEC fundraising deadline this Thursday.
