The end of the month is our first public FEC deadline of 2022. This isn’t just my first filing since announcing my reelection campaign — it’s also the first deadline since the GOP unveiled this plan to gut the sacred promise of Social Security.
All eyes are going to be on these numbers. If we don’t raise enough money, it’s going to be a major sign that Republicans are on track to take back Congress and call curtains on Social Security.
Social Security benefits are already too low. We can’t afford a cut, we need to expand and improve what we already have.
