The Democratic Party is up against a fundraising deadline in just two days, so I hope you’ll let me explain why your support is so critical in this moment -- and then be one of 14 more supporters from your area to contribute $7, or whatever you can, to ensure Democrats nationwide have what they need heading into November’s elections.

If my time as DNC chair taught me anything, it’s the importance of supporting Democrats who are running for every office in every corner of the country -- not just the ones who are at the top of the ticket or in historically blue states.

Heading into November’s midterm elections, the DNC has a 57-state-and-territory strategy to protect our Democratic majorities. But that strategy does not come cheap. The DNC is relying on this grassroots team to come together to hit their fundraising goal before Thursday.

Will you be one of the 14 more supporters from your area the DNC needs to chip in $7 before Thursday’s end-of-quarter deadline?

The DNC is making historic investments in state parties, on-the-ground organizing, and voter protection to make sure we can defend and expand our Democratic majorities this fall -- but if they miss fundraising goals like the one coming up Thursday, they run the risk of coming up short on those investments.
