What does my donation to the Dennis Lambert for President 2020 campaign buy?

 A lot of people wonder where the money goes when they donate to a political campaign. Some of the bigger campaigns, you money is going to pay for staff to go from state to state, hotels, fancy dinners and bottomless drinks at the bar.
 
Our campaign is lean. We currently are running the campaign with volunteers who devote tens of hours each week supporting our campaign.
 
So what will we use your donations for?

We are working on printing literature for the campaign to send out to people all over the US and get our message out there.
 
Our short-term funding goal is $10,000. This should be enough to pay for the costs of printing and shipping to twenty locations across the US.
 
Give what you can, the campaign suggests three types of donations:

$2 – the cost of a cup of coffee in the morning or a bottled drink.
$20 – the cost of a couple’s dinner out, or a trip to the movies.
$200 – the cost of one monthly bill.
 
Our combined donations will build the war chest to help get our message out.
