we need to fight back, and we need to start right now --

Michigan is a critical battleground state — especially when it comes to midterm elections.

FIRST, Michigan voters turned out in 2018 to elect Democrats up and down the ticket: Senator Debbie Stabenow, Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and Attorney General Dana Nessel. Michigan Democrats also flipped critical seats to help Democrats take back the U.S. House and passed expanded voting rights.

THEN, thanks to no-reason absentee voting, expanded voter registration options, convenient drop boxes, and a whole lot of hard work, Michigan voters turned out in record numbers in 2020 to secure President Joe Biden’s victory in the state.

NOW Michigan Republicans are trying to undermine our elections. They are trying to pass anti-voter laws that will stop certain voters from voting while they continue to spread misinformation about the security of our elections.

Team, we need to fight back, and we need to start right now.

Team MDP can’t afford to fall short right now because Michigan Democrats are depending on us to train candidates, register new voters, knock on doors, and do whatever it takes to help Democrats win.

Our first FEC end-of-quarter fundraising deadline is this Thursday. We need your help to prove we have what it takes to lead Democrats to victory in November.

Team, will you stand with Michigan Democrats today and chip in $5, $15, or any amount before our first FEC end-of-quarter deadline?
