Friend,

Our race for North Carolina’s open Senate seat could hardly be any closer. The latest polling shows me in a statistical tie with my Republican opponents.

Look, this is going to be so, so close, and it is so important that we do all we can to win. Flipping North Carolina’s Senate seat would be transformative.

If you can, please split a $5 donation between our campaign and Gary Peters' today so we can reach more voters and win. We can change what is possible in the U.S. Senate by flipping this seat and expanding our majority.

North Carolina is a purple state, and we know that our elections are usually very close. And when I say this race could come down to a handful of votes, it’s because I’ve seen it happen.

It happened to me, in fact. My race for Chief Justice was decided by just 401 votes. Out of 5,391,501 votes. In a race where I earned more votes than almost every Democrat on the ticket – including President Biden.

The latest polling is showing we could be in for just as close of a race, so we cannot afford to take anything for granted here. That’s why I’m asking:

Will you split a $5 donation between our campaign to flip North Carolina’s open Senate seat and Gary Peters' today? There’s no doubt in my mind that every dollar will make a difference when the votes are counted.

In a race that could come down to such a narrow margin, this is why we have to work even harder. What we each do can truly make a difference.
