Today I met with Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to discuss her devotion to the Constitution and to protecting the rights of all Americans.

After carefully reviewing Judge Jackson's record and testimony over the past few weeks, I found her immensely qualified to sit on the United States Supreme Court.  

Considering a president’s nominees to the Supreme Court is one of my most solemn obligations, and I am confident that Judge Jackson will uphold our Constitution and protect our fundamental American freedoms.

For these reasons and more, I will proudly vote for Judge Jackson's historic confirmation. And I hope that my colleagues in the Senate can put partisan politics aside to give her a swift and bipartisan confirmation.
