Do you know what a ‘woman’ is, John?
 

I’m seriously asking you…

 

Because apparently Joe Biden’s Supreme Court Nominee, Ketanji Brown Jackson
doesn’t know the answer.

 

Last week at Jackson’s Supreme Court confirmation hearing when Tennessee
Senator Marsha Blackburn asked Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to define a “woman,”
she gave a long pause before dismissively retorting, “I’m not a biologist.”

 

It was a stunning moment.

 

After all, the word “woman” carries with it legal significance as the law
affords certain protections for women.


For example, employers cannot discriminate against applicants who are women.


Yet, a woman who will most likely be confirmed to the U.S. Supreme Court
cannot define the word, “woman.”

 

As a judge, her sole job is to interpret the law.

 

But how will she do so if she believes it takes an advanced degree to define
even the simplest words—words that even a child can define?

 

Well John, you and I both know it doesn’t take a “biologist” to distinguish
between men and women.

 

And it is shocking that in just a few years the Left has gone from “believe
all women” to “what is a woman?”

 

But I guess I shouldn’t expect anything different in the bizarro world we’re
living in.

 

Because at the same time, the Left expects us to turn a blind eye to the
absurdity of full-grown adult men competing in women’s sports and in doing so
denying women equal access.

 

At the Academy Awards last night, Hollywood liberals mocked legislators in
Florida for protecting young children from sexually explicit material and
conversations in schools.

 

Schools should be a safe place for kids to learn and grow…

 

…and parents shouldn’t have to worry that their kids are going to be exposed
to sexually charged conversations that are completely inappropriate for their
age.


Yet, these types of conversations are happening in classrooms across the
country.



We know because we’ve received countless calls from parents describing similar
circumstances to what Jessica Konen experienced.


You may recall that we are suing the Spreckels Union School District for
targeting Jessica’s sixth grade daughter into joining an “equality club,” where
teachers told groomed her daughter into identifying as “transgender.”

 

Teachers also told Jessica’s daughter to keep her new gender identity a secret
from her mom because mom “couldn’t be trusted.”

 

How absurd!

 

As a parent, I could not be more offended and appalled.

 

The Left is trying to fundamentally change America into a Big Government
authoritarian utopia where your basic freedoms are subject to “woke” ideology.

 

And this new amorphous definition of “woman” is just latest evidence of how
far the Left will go.

 

Well, John, I won’t stand for it, the Center for American Liberty won’t stand
for it, and I hope you’ll join us as we push back with everything we have.
