Right now, campaigns across the country are heading into their end-of-quarter fundraising deadlines. I've written to you about these deadlines before - they're important.
These fundraising efforts serve both to help power grassroots campaigns and are viewed as a proxy demonstrating the "seriousness" or "electability" of a candidate.

We want to share our strength. In North Carolina, election fraud derailed one of the most impressive campaigns in the country - but they're calling a special election - and the McCready Campaign needs our help.

My friend, veteran Dan McCready, was compelled to enlist while attending college after 9/11.

Upon returning home, he finished Harvard Business School and started a successful renewable energy business - creating 700 sustainability-minded, good-paying jobs in North Carolina.

Dan is continuing his service to our country in his run for Congress. Dan knows firsthand that we need election protections to secure our democracy, but he's also fighting alongside us for the things we hold most dear: women's rights, affordable health care, investments in education, and a budget that works for all American families.
