Hey everyone,

I’m checking in with you quickly because as you can imagine, fundraising has been the last thing on my mind this month (Lily who is now almost 3 weeks old is thankfully asleep)… but our first end-of-quarter deadline is on Thursday and this could be one of the biggest reporting periods we’ve ever had. 

How much we raise over the next 4 days will set the stage for the rest of the campaign and determine how much Republicans are going to come after me this year. 

If we have a strong showing, it’ll make Kevin McCarthy think twice about spending any more of his dark money in our district. If we fall short, he’ll see they have an opening.
