Things aren't looking good, John: I had to bump Governor Lujan Grisham's last message because we're not on track to meet our $150,000 end-of-month goal.
The Governor wasn't allowed to fundraise from early December through the beginning of this month due to regulations around legislative sessions – so she entered her reelection year without raising a single dollar.
That's why she desperately needs to catch up on fundraising before the end of this month. We can't afford to fall short – not when the GOP is pushing harder than ever to flip New Mexico red.
Please, John, will you rush $5 right now to help Gov. Lujan Grisham reach her end-of-month goal and keep New Mexico blue?

Subject: My first big deadline of the year
$5.
That's the donation I need you to make today.
If just 46 people gave $5 before my end-of-quarter deadline, I would have the support I need to reach more voters and protect New Mexico from far-right radicalism. Please, let me explain:
I wasn't allowed to fundraise during our state's legislative session, which lasted from early December all the way through March 9. That means I'm about to reach the end of the first quarter after only three weeks of fundraising.
Even worse, FiveThirtyEight just reported that I could have trouble securing a second term. If I don't reach my first deadline of the election year, New Mexico could fall into the hands of the GOP.
This is urgent: I need to raise $150,000 before the end of this month to rebuild my resources and keep New Mexico blue. I can't defend New Mexico from far-right radicalism without your help, so I'm counting on you to give now:
Please, John, will you donate $5 right now to help me reach my end-of-quarter goal and keep New Mexico blue?
[link removed] you so much for being part of this grassroots team.
Michelle Lujan Grisham
